Hey guys! So over the next few weeks I am involved in raising awareness/funds for Air Ambulance Wales. Its a great cause, and one that is very close to my heart- Air Ambulance Wales saved a life of a friend of mine. I’m sure you will all agree that anything that saves peoples lives is DEFINITELY worth supporting. So I am! 

The first part of my involvement is that i will be taking part in the Walk from Swansea to Caernarfon (for all you English people that is 2 places in Wales!) that is a LONG way! So I won’t be walking it all- my day of walking is Tuesday 21st of August (next Tues!) JUST WONDERING if any of you want to join me?! by joining and paying the entrance fee you get a tshirt to wear on the day of the walk and I get your lovely company all day :) let us know if you fancy it- you can join in by going to http://cerddwnymlaen.com/ and clicking the Register To Walk button!!

If you dont fancy walking all day then you can just donate to the cause and help me reach my target of £1000 (That I have to reach in 1 week can you believe?! HELP!)

Soooo tomorrow I’m starting a new little adventure…it’s called “cariad@iaith” which means love4language. Yes that’s right kids I am going to be attempting to learn how to speak the Welsh language! I know- it’s embarrassing that I can’t already speak it but here I go- officially trying! I am VERY excited to be doing this, especially as you can all watch me making an utter fool out of myself trying to learn (I will probably be awful) on the telly. YES! It’s being shown on a Welsh channel called S4C which is on sky and free sat, and it’s streamed live online! Watch my twitter feed for links I will post where you can watch me and other welsh famous type people trying to conquer the language barrier - and don’t worry, it’s subtitled!!

Can’t believe we have lost this huge talent! watched this video and smiled at her absolutely STUNNING flawless vocal. THAT is how she should be remembered.

For the last few weeks I’ve been busy hiding away in the studio writing lots of tunes! been working with a few lovely people.. one of whom is Matt Johnson who is pianist in Jamiroquai who is a really cool dude and really can write a good old tune! We’ve written a lod of cool bits now so were trying to pull it all together and make an album that you will all love and enjoy :) (hopefully!)

ANYWAY! Just wanted to keep you updated…going to watch olly at the o2 tomorrow night anyone going!?

So I’ve been quite festively busy in the last week…put up my christmas tree, went to see my bestie Aaron Renfree dance for the The Saturdays on tour in Cardiff, went to the x factor final at Wembley Arena, went for a christmas meal with my boyfriend and boo which was GORGEOUS and went to the OK christmas party among lots of other lovely things!! Feeling VERY Christmassy now- I hope youve all got your tree’s up! I’ve done quite a lot of writing this week, cant wait for the new year so I can get in the studio and get some of these new tracks down. EXCITED! love you all, and merrrrrrry (11th of december almost) christmas! :D x

HEY KIDS! So I popped over to le Paris for the weekend with my lovely Boyfriend! We had such a great time, I’ve never been before- it is such a beautiful city! Id recommend it to you all. Ive attatched a pic of the view from our hotel room… Eiffel Tower! So amazing. ANYWAY! I cannot stop listening to Corrine Bailey Rae, Like a star. I love this song! Its so chilled, Im loving the chilled stuff at the moment. Also loving Wherever you will go Charlene Soraia. Went to see Sophie Habibis last weekend in Cardiff, she was so good! I turn on quite a few christmas lights over the xmas period and sing a few tunes and stuff, which I love doing, but did a really nice one last night in Greenock, Scotland. thanks to those who came down :) had a really busy and productive week…lots of exciting things going on that I wish I could tell you about but I can’t yet. But SOON I will be able to! Wanna make a little plea for you all to vote for Amelia Lily to be voted back in to the x factor this weekend…she could win if she goes back I feel. Team Amelia. wahhoooo!

So this weekend I have a few of the girls coming to stay and watching Rihanna no sunday. yay! excited! still cant stop listening to Ed Sheeran’s album. What an amazing guy! Also Florence’s album, what do we think? Im in LOVE with her voice so Im biased…

hey guys :) hope you all had a good weekend!

as some of you may know i popped over to wembley last night with my good friend danyl to watch the X Factor results show… what a shocker of a result man! curse of week 5 though, last year aiden on week 5 year before i got kicked out (which im obv not gonna think was a great week haha!) got to chat to a few of the contestants and their families…all of them were really lovely and so nervous and excited!! Having watched last night I remembering how bloody nerve racking it is being there on a results night! so yeah i dunno wether im team marcus, team craig, or team kitty, or team little mix….im gonna sit on the fence :) couldnt believe the risk going. mental oriental! FLORENCE was amazing. huge fan of her work. stunning performance!

so this week is really busy, ill be back to chat and share whats going on :)
